Jessy Allain
Director of Development

Jessy Allain is a philanthropic and community development leader recognized as one of South Florida’s most dynamic Latina leaders. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, she brings a strong record of building partnerships, advancing donor engagement, and creating opportunities that empower youth and families.

In her new role as Director of Development at the George Snow Scholarship Fund (GSSF), Jessy is leading efforts to expand the organization’s presence and impact into Broward County, cultivating relationships that strengthen access to higher education and community support for local students.

Before joining GSSF, she served as Donor Relations Manager for Kids In Distress (KID) and Family Central Inc., where she led key fundraising initiatives and deepened relationships with corporate, foundation, and community partners across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties.

Her leadership and impact have been honored with the Hispanic Woman of Distinction Award, the Florida Panthers’ Hispanic Excellence Award, and the United Nations SDG Leaders Award for advancing Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, as well as a 2025 nomination for the Sunrise Heroes Business Awards. Jessy also serves on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Heritage Chamber of Commerce, where she is Chair of the Events Committee and Co-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee, supporting initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusion, and community growth.

She actively volunteers with organizations such as United Way of Broward County’s Coalition on Behavioral Health & Drug Prevention under its Latino Initiative, Women Leading Broward, and the Latin Business Network, among others.
