Dr. Natalie Capiro is a highly accomplished coach with a distinguished educational background and over a decade of experience in supporting college-level students in realizing their full potential. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master of Education, and a Master of Business, Dr. Capiro brings a unique blend of expertise in both academic and professional development.
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) under the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Dr. Capiro possesses a solid foundation in coaching principles and methodologies. With nearly a decade of coaching experience, she has successfully empowered numerous students to clarify their goals, overcome obstacles, and realize their aspirations.
Throughout Dr. Capiro’s career, she has been deeply committed to empowering students to excel academically, professionally, and personally. By leveraging her extensive educational background and coaching skills, Dr. Capiro excels in guiding students towards fulfilling their aspirations while also connecting them to a multitude of future possibilities.

Snow Success Launches 4-Year
Curriculum, Coursework, Workshops, Masterclasses and More
Scholars enroll in our academy based upon the year they are in college. For example, if they are a freshman, they start with the freshman course.
- Freshman Level 100 helps scholars create baselines such as Personality & Career Assessments, Resume and LinkedIn Development.
- Sophomore Level 200 helps scholars land the internship by helping to enhance their resume, community involvement and leadership school clubs.
- Junior Level 300 inspires scholars to learn the power of networking and building relationships.
- Senior Level 400 helps scholars land the job! By this point, they are working to complete the curriculum and get access to company partners in Palm Beach County.

We are quickly working to network with organizations and bring more awareness to our scholars. Our goal is to bring as many students back to Palm Beach County after school. Our students are focused on a variety of industries including Business (Marketing, Finance, Accounting) Healthcare, Engineering, Aviation and many more.
